Training and Growth Plans

At Martech Training Services, we understand the necessity for employees to have a clear career development plan and we feel the best tool to for that process starts with a well-designed Training and Growth Plan, or often referred to as a Training Progression Plan. Not only will a Progression allow you to road map a new-hire’s training plan, it also allows you to accurately evaluate the knowledge of your incumbent workforce and identify where additional training needs to occur.

Whether trying to assess the knowledge of a long-time employee or a new hire, Martech Training Services can determine the knowledge and skills the employees possess and put into place an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) to enhance workforce knowledge and effectiveness.

This allows you to confidently assign tasks to new-hires instead of waiting for them to complete their entire training plan. This allows you to take pressure off your current workforce and show ROI on the new-hire.
  • Streamline the training process by focusing on identified knowledge gaps.
  • Decrease the potential for workplace accidents by ensuring your workforce is effectively made aware of hazards and understands the process, procedures, and safe guards that have been designed to help avoid accidents.
  • Effectively identify which employees are best suited for advancement within a skill or job.
  • Effectively measure the impact of training efforts.
  • Prepare for the impact of transitioning employees.
